Black Ownership

As of 5 October 2012, Moret mining (Pty) Ltd is proud to announce that we now have a 30% Black Woman Ownership.

BEE and Employment Equity

Moret Mining (Pty) Ltd is currently a level 3 contributor. The directors have adopted and approved our company transformation plan and we aim to be a level two contributor within the next 24 months.

It is the policy of our company to give preference to historically disadvantaged South Africans when we recruit and promote staff members. It is also our aim to ensure that we have HSDA’s in key positions in our company.

Skills Development

In our quest to provide our clients with professional and high quality service, we invest heavily in staff training and development. Our production facility is able to provide occupationally directed, instructional and work based learning programs. Historically disadvantaged South Africans receive preference as new entrants. By implementing learning programs, we contribute towards skills transfer to HSDA’s and local community.

Social and Economic Investment

Moret Mining (Pty) Ltd has had the pleasure of participating in numerous Social and Economical schemes. These schemes ranged from contributions made to social welfare organisations to contributions and assistance given to black owned small businesses.
